I am in a difficult position on this product. It looks nice - but it breaks if you pull too hard. Mine broke on the second or third use in pulling a zipper around a tight curve. The ring goes through a hole in the rubber and it ripped right through the rubber. Not very encouraging. CaseLogic offers a 5 year warranty and I will be calling them tomorrow to see how they handle this situation. I will append my review accordingly. In terms of design, these are top-notch. They verge on being too big, but it is their size that makes them so useful. No need for finding a dainty little pull with these hummers. Just reach out, wrap your fingers in these and pull. For heavily used bags, these are great - they make getting stuff in and out easier and quicker. Owing to my breakage incident, I have concerns about overall durability, but if CaseLogic honors their warranty and doesn't charge a bundle (if anything) for shipping replacements, it is a problem that can be lived with. N.B.: 02/26/10 I called CaseLogic and was very impressed with their customer support. No complicated phone tree. No waiting on hold. Very courteous representative. Painless and quick procedure to get a replacement. A very positive experience. Jerry

This item has been a "wonder" product for my Mom and her senior friends. Mom has Parkinsens Disease,one girlfriend broke her wrist, one guyfriend has severe arthritis. It has helped all of them dress more easily. I would say that it is large and; therefore, easy to find. The handle being wooden and larger makes it easy to grip. This does make it a little large for a lady's small purse or even too large for a gentleman's pocket; however,this seems a small issue when it's easier to grip the larger handle and easy to find the implement on a table/in a drawer.

Well-made and very handy (pun intended, I think). I don't have arthritis (yet), but I *do* have long fingernails that don't go through buttonholes very well, so this little gadget was well worth the reasonable price.

Works well for buttoning but mine had no zipper pull which i need. other than that, quality item.

Oh, the whining, the complaining! This isn't the world's lightest carryon; it's the world's lightest hardside carryon. One would think that reading the specs would give sufficient details that this is not the bag to take on safari, and Heys even recommends NOT checking this bag. This little bag, of which I have purchased two in the last couple of years, is excellent for an ultralight carryon or car bag for an overnight stay. As can be seen, it is quite rounded in the corners; though it may save barked ankles it does decrease the usable inside space slightly. For a guy, a pair of pants, a pullover shirt or two, a pair of underwear and socks and small toiletry set will pretty much fill the bag. But what a delightful size and at a weight less than many women's purses! The only real downside to this case is the outside finish. I purchased a black one for me and a fuschia one for a female. As Heys states clearly, these cases are painted, not impregnated with their colors. This means that rough handling will reveal the black casing under the various paint colors. It's why I wanted black for mine as its scratches don't show at all unless a few inches away. I travel a lot with my work and have several luggage sets. I don't use this little case all the time. However, when used as intended, it can be a great choice for an overnight or informal weekend stay, and at a size that can actually stay in the car. Just don't buy it for your African safari, or you'll be whining like some of the other reviewers!

My xCase finally died after nearly 5 years and traveling most of the way around the world. True, it isn't the most durable of cases, the stitching that holds the zipper on was coming out, and one trip in the cargo section of the plane was all it took to greatly reduce the beauty of the shinny gold finish. But, man, she is light, works well, and is just pretty cool! In the end one of the baggage handlers actually managed to break the shell which was not what I was expecting to go first, but it was getting time for a new one anyways. I havn't decided yet on getting another of these versus getting the international traveler sub-0, which is actually slightly lighter but just doesn't look as cool.

I've had my bag just under a year and it's been a terrific travel companion! When my husband gave it to me for Christmas last year, I thought it was pretty (candy apple red metallic), but I did not expect it to be very useful. I was wrong!! My typical travel is 3-4 days for business. With the help of some packing cubes, this bag is perfect for holding everything I need. For longer trips, it's possible to pack even more -- I'll admit to sitting on it to help close it enough to zip it up. It is STRONG!! My colleagues are always shocked that I can pack everything I need into such a small carry on bag. Because it's lightweight, it's easy to lift into overheads or carry down steps. It DOES scratch fairly easily -- and after a dozen or two trips, it is banged up a bit (mostly from cabs and hotel checking, versus air travel). But that's a small price to pay for a bag I have NEVER had to check, even on a regional jet. If it is not overstuffed, it seems to fit even in small overheads with relative ease. It also rolls effortlessly thru airports and I can usually wheel it to my seat on jets without trouble. When it arrived, it did smell strongly of paint, but it faded within a few weeks. I am somewhat concerned that since I use it so much and pack it pretty full that the zipper may break, etc. But I love the bag so I'll definitely buy another should that happen! For under $100, it's a steal.

This 20" carry-on is remarkably spacious inside. It fit easily into the overhead bin and met the requirements for american airlines with an inch to spare. The outer shell is tougher than it looks and wipes clean. I purchased the shiney red carry-on because the color matched my car, but it comes in an array of colors. It is also available with a textured exterior that is not supposed to scratch as easily as the shiney one. I didn't experience any scratching at all and was in and out of 4 airplanes and multiple vehicles with multiple handlers. The only down sidethat I have found so far is that the handle can be a bit wonky. It didn't always catch in the "up" position and occasionaly slid down to mid point. Overall wonderful little suitcase. I will be purchasing the co-ordinating bags.

I have had to replace both my sets of Heys luggage...more than once. The single handle bar is not strong enough to take the stress of more than 30 pounds of luggage. The handle will break. The suitcases crush in when handled by airlines. The stitching will rip apart. The knob used to depress the handle will stop working. And Heys will tell you that the damage is not covered by their 5-year replacement warranty, after you have driven 40 minutes to one of their authorized repair centers. Then they will offer to wholesale you a new suitcase, which would be a waste of money, considering that this luggage is designed to break. When the company actually did replace on of my six suitcases purchased from them, they sent me the most hideous bright orange case, to clash with my pink and blue sets. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Buyer beware.

I received this sweater within the week I purchased it and found it to be exactly what I had hoped for. The sizing was correct, the material was plenty thick, and the color was just as pictured. I could not be more pleased.

These sweatshirts were fantastic and terrific quality. Sizing ran true to size if not a tad bigger which is great for a sweatshirt. Nice to have such a variety of colors for larger size women.

I liked this sweatshirt. Its really comfortable and it fits me well. It is a must buy sweatshirt. I bought other types of sweatshirt but they didn't fit me well but this one did and I love it.

I love it, but try to purchase it keeping in mind the size because this cloth runs small.

I don't buy a lot of clothing on-line because I worry about sizing and quality. I am happy to report this one is a keeper! I have since purchased additional ones. Great color, size is true, quality is great!

seriously? one star because you didn't use common sense? I own one very, very cute Tokidoki phone charm and am completely happy with the product. I am reviewing the product quality not service(which, by the way, was fine). Apparently the unhappy buyer has an inability to understand that for three dollars you get ONE charm not twenty which wouldn't make sense from a marketing approach. I received mine within a week. It came inside an adorable mini-box with the Tokidoki characters on the sides. The charm is hard plastic with beautiful details and paint job. It is absolutely worth buying if you are into cute things.

I thought they miss lead about what product you receive. If I had been familiar with this item - maybe I would have known that you only received one item but I thought I would get all of the ones that were shown - or at least a variety of these. Not happy at all with the service or product.

We're Boggle addicts, and we purchased this for an international trip, where we obviously didn't want to tote the full-size game. It met our needs, but we found it a bit frustrating to use. The plastic cover that sits over the letters is permanently attached, which means when you're playing, the corner/seam on each side of the cover blocks your view of some of the letters. Also, the timer is only one minute, so you have to keep more of an eye on it, and flip it a couple times to get to three minutes. That said, it's very compact and it's handy that the timer snaps into the main gamepiece, so you don't have to worry about losing any parts. We'll continue to take this on international trips, but will use our regular game for home and road trips.

I LOVE boggle. I am not really any good at it, and I lose A LOT, but I LOVE boggle. This little carabiner has proven to be a fun, portable, play anywhere addition. The timer clicks into place very securely, so I haven't had any worries about losing it. And while I like the non removable lid, I have to agree that it would be MUCH better for game play if it were clear and sans boggle logo for better visibility. (That's the only reason it lost a star, though I would have preferred to take off only a half star.) All in all for the money spent it's been great. I'm now known to play a few rounds at coffee with the girls, or at night when the kids are in bed, (it's MUCH quieter than the original.) And even without using it for game play its a super cute conversation piece. :)

Great idea but make the cover clear & remove boggle logo from top as it's too hard to see the game. The letter pieces are already so small that the blue cover makes it *really* hard to see (especially for three minutes)!

Boggle is a fun game, and although this keychain is durable and portable, it's hard to play with. The letters are hard to get to stay on one side, the timer is short, and it doesn't open to push over stubborn blocks. I would still get the real game, and only get this for times where you're afraid the pieces might get lost.
