I have used these Buttoneer Fastening System stapes for years. It's not as good as sewing the button on, but if you're inn a hurry it gets the job done.

The nylon fasteners were difficult to thread and attach. The bottom line: the buttons came off after 5 minutes.

One day when I was at the cleaners I had a button problem on my uniform pants. The owner of the cleaners told me he had this product he would use to fix it for me. I remember seeing it on TV a long time ago. He told me where to look for it. I called every place that he suggested and no one had it. I went to Amazon.Com found it, bought it and bought refills and now I am as happy as can me.

I've had this "original" buttoneer for several years so I have experience using it. You don't need experience. It is the worst tool I've ever used. I keep trying different sized staples but to no avail. I don't know why I hold on to it. It's easier for me to sew buttons on when I need it.

I owned the original Buttoneer years ago and thought this was the same thing. It is not! It is a pure waste of money. The original had single studs on a strip that fed into the machine and it was very easy to use and very sturdy. This new one you must put the double studs in one at a time, very time consuming. And the worst part is that they are so flimsey they will not hold the button on if there is any pull at all. WOW, am I sorry I bought it!!

Maybe you'll snag it on a piece of furniture, maybe you'll lose it in a rough game of football, maybe you'll try to fit in to a pair of pants that don't fit you as well as they used to. The point is, you're bound to lose a button on a pair of otherwise good pants sooner or later. The no-sew button is great as a quick solution, and is so easy that a child could easily use it. However, these buttons are made of a fairly thin material, so while they will definately hold for a while, they probably aren't going to work as a permanent replacement for a good quality button. Still, if you need a quick fix for a pair of pants or a denim jacket, then this may be right up your alley! For that reason, I give it a very greatful four stars.

this is an x-acto brand retractable razor, so the quality is top-notch, as you'd expect from the brand. however, you should note that the retractable button does NOT work like a ballpoint pen. you click the top down to expose the blade and lock it into place, but you must push a smaller button on the side (located directly above the clip)to retract the blade. this actually helps prevent exposing the blade if it was in your shirt or pants pocket. good quality, good product.

This product is pretty cheap but seems to be working ok. The fit wasn't totally right for my iphone but I managed to squeeze it on. And I dropped it once and the case fell apart but didn't break so I was able to put it back on but it seemed to defeat the purpose of protecting the phone in case you accidentally drop it. All in all, you really do get what you pay for. Not sure if I would ever buy this product again.

I basically needed a cover for my iPhone and it did the job. It comes off quickly when i drop it and there is no cover for the actual screen but besides that it is just fine.

I am relatively certain this case was made using only the cheapest of materials available. It also appears to have been constructed by a three year old Chinese kid who is chained to a table for 18 hours per day. Don't waste your money. This case broke the second day!

The item clearly says that this is for the IPHONE. Of course it won't fit the iPod Touch!

This is not for the IPod Touch 2g. I just got this 5 minutes ago and I'm printing the label. I'll be sending it back tomorrow. This doesn't fit the IPOD touch 2g. The Ipod moves around inside the case. It's so unsafe and opens easily. Maybe the wrong item was sent. I don't know I'm returning it.

If you are looking for a basic rubber cover for your iPod this is nice.

Don't waste your money, the cover doesn't fit and it just is not a good buy. I guess you get what you paid for.

this seems to work and fit well, its a great deal for the money compared to the "big box" stores

Unless your taking sissors and scraping the thing, your iTouch is pretty safe with this cover!

I ordered this product. It took a long time to arrive but when I emailed the seller they refunded the entire amount. The product is fine but a little big for my iPod.

I have more expensive ponchos in the past that did not equal to this product. Driving a motor shooter in all types of weather the color really stands out and can be seen. I am very pleased with this poncho and can highly recomend it.

This does the job for walking the dog in the rain, it's not stylish or fashionable but it matches my rain boots!!! Buy it.

This poncho is made of good quality material, not that cheap plastic you see so many made of. It's made of good tent material, light and strong.

We took these ponchos to Costa Rica and were happy we chose them. Compact and light. Weather resistant not rain-proof, but they worked for us.

My wife and I will be going to Panama and Costa Rica. Thus, preparation for wet weather became essential. We shopped at the local stores who would sell ponchos, and all were either cheap plastic or heavy military types. I was delighted to find this product at Amazon (where I do a lot of my shopping). I purchased them, and they are exactly what we wanted. Breathable fabric, comfortable to wear, drawstring hood, and a nice case in which to pack it is included. Excellent Poncho, excellent price.

Yes, I DO have a passion for buttons! For the price, this is a great book to feed your own passion for using buttons for all purposes beyond just keeping your shirts closed. Author Bourgeois offers 50 interesting ways to show off both your best and your most mundane notions. Included are the usuals such as bracelets and necklaces, but Bourgeois steps up the creativity factor by showing how to weave buttons and beads together with wire for a checkerboard effect. Twisted wire adds even more interest, and safety pins are shown to be an unusually crafty medium for threading beads and buttons. Even a winter scarf gets a dressing up, and other projects include hair clips, hair pins, hair sticks. What I like MOST about this book is how the projects are displayed on the page. The staging in the photos has given me several ideas beyond the featured project. For example, the "Easy As ABC" project is a bracelet shown on handmade books. To me, the bracelets look like book marks!! "Miscellany" is a bracelet/necklace project shown on a lovely piece of fringed textile; hmmm ... put the project and the photo together and I come up with using beads to make my own fringe!! What I do not like so much are the instructions and lack of detailed photos for the more complicated steps. Granted, the author has packed 50 projects into only 62 pages, making this a great bargain for the imagination. But just a wee bit more direction would be helpful, especially to finish the pieces. Tools and equipment are given a proper intro up front, but the techniques are a bit lacking, unless, of course, you are experienced at putting verbs into these projects. Still and all, this is a highly recommendable resource, with a lot of depth and sparkle, all at a can't beat price.

I found this book wonderful, the design are so stunning. It has great pictures plus diagrams to show correct threading procedures. Also a list of materials needed and difficulty rating. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I did find the step by step instructions a little confusing. However, this is the first time I have ever made jewellery so perhaps that's to be expected.

I was extremely disappointed in this book, given the possibilities for wildly creative and colorful jewelry I expected from Teresa Searle (and which the cover photo led me to believe were inside) based on her fantastic first book, "Heartfelt: 25 Projects for Stitched and Felted Accessories." The projects in her first book more closely mirrored her original style: fabulously colorful creations from felt layered on felt, and stitched in different ways, all in unusual color combinations. In this book, she has moved into other materials and gives us jewelry made from buttons, crystals, beads, sequins, rickrack, and yarns combined with fabrics such as cottons, chiffons, and silks. I feel that most of the projects are less than inspired (a fabric-wrapped bangle?) and some are all too reminiscent of projects explained in other books (such as fabric-covered buttons, a necklace of threadlace created with dissolvable interfacing, or a knitted chenille flower corsage). Perhaps Teresa Searle has moved into using fabrics other than her signature felt but I just expected more original work from her--jewelry that blazed forth as creative sophistication, not jewelry that looks like it screams "middle school craft fair."
